At Fabcurate, we strive to ensure you love every fabric and garment you purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, our flexible 7-day return and exchange policy is designed to provide a seamless resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the items are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact; please note that customized or cut-to-size fabrics may not be eligible for return.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within 2-3 business days at no additional cost for defective items.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 working days.
